Is there any discount for large orders?
We offer wholesale pricing. The best price will be provided according to the order quantity. Please specify your requirements when inquiring.
How long is the delivery time?
Typically 15-20 days for 20GP melamine products or chairs; 20-25 days for veneer products upon receipt of deposit.
Are the materials used harmful to health?
No. We use E1 standard MDF in line with national standards and environmentally friendly coatings. Our system is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a minimum of 3 years for office furniture/sofas and up to 10 years for specific wardrobe series under normal usage conditions.
Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we can. Custom designs and integration into existing layouts are welcome.
How much is the sample cost?
Sample costs vary by model. For regular products, if the sample cost is low, it may be refunded after confirming a large bulk order.
